Folder Redirection To OneDrive

Right now, I have a GPO setup for folder redirection. It redirects users’ Desktop, Documents, and etc,, to the file server.
I would like to migrate from folder redirection to OneDrive. what I am looking for is the best procedure for this migration.

What I would suggest, Ask users to clean up their profiles and inform them prior to migration. As there may be slowness observed based on bandwidth.
