One of my SharePoint web-server has low response rate. So how can troubleshoot this?

Hi Rohit,

Please share some more details about "low response rate". how you are calculating it.

Hi Santosh,

Whenever we telnet the server and run the GET command with HTTP/1.1 so sometime connection gets established and sometime we got 404 issue.
